      Good compensation, good product, established system , global working environment, good employer brand

      Cons

      With the change in working system in the last couple of years it became a very chaotic working environment. Especially for the support functions. Very long seniorty in positions this creates a comfort zone for the senior managers especially. And this also creates a resistance to change. They are hiring high calibre people and having them deal with only operational work.
