      Pros

      1)Amazing company culture 2) Great work-life balance since the timings are 7.30 am to 4.30 pm 3)Pick up and drop service along with two time food at the canteen.

      Cons

      1) Boring for freshers. 2) Slow process. 3)Only if u are part of great department under a good line-manager only then u will get good opportunities otherwise will get stuck

      Pros

      Great private company- people really make the company what it is with many long standing service employees.Freedom with accountability,benefits package and salaries are generally exceeding standard offered, Opportunities to advance and travel. Clear strategy set at Global level and cascaded throughout

      Cons

      Whilst change is inevitable, the company has undertaken a considerable amount of change over the last few years which has been very disruptive-possibly lost there way to some degree. work life balance is not always in agreement... company structure does not always facilitate smooth communication which can be frustrating

      Very limited growth opportunities in terms of carrer and skills development. Very old mentalities from management. Very slow moving, outdated culture.
