Pros
Great private company- people really make the company what it is with many long standing service employees.Freedom with accountability,benefits package and salaries are generally exceeding standard offered, Opportunities to advance and travel. Clear strategy set at Global level and cascaded throughout
Cons
Whilst change is inevitable, the company has undertaken a considerable amount of change over the last few years which has been very disruptive-possibly lost there way to some degree. work life balance is not always in agreement... company structure does not always facilitate smooth communication which can be frustrating
