      Tesla is an innovative company working on some cool projects.

      Cons

      I would highly recommend avoiding the Fremont design engineering team. They have incompetent managers. These managers promote their friends while ignoring the efforts of others. The Fremont design engineering team is slow to promote and have a very high turn over rate of employees. They take advantage of foreign workers who are trying to obtain a green card. I had an abusive manager who would scream at his employees and insult them. It is a toxic work environment. You've been warned.

      The team I was on was very supportive.

      Cons

      The bureaucracy was horrible. Other teams would not communicate and act like they need to keep their information secret for job security. Very defensive over simple questions.

      Cons

      Unsafe. Poorly managed. Degrading treatment. When you get hurt, HR will throw you away like trash.
