People are let go with no notice every week, often with no real explanation given to those who remain, leaving people to wonder who's next. - There is a very high percentage of contract workers there, which means a lot of the people in important positions are looking to be hired permanently elsewhere. Very high turnover rate, due to frequent firings and people leaving for other opportunities. - It's an extremely high-pressured working environment. People work long, hard hours due to fear, not optimism.
