Pros

- Hard working people give me hope about the future of the company. - CEO is a good person and an inspirational leader. - The products that Terumo CVS makes save lives -- they estimate that they save 1,000 lives every day. - If Terumo ever comes out from under the consent decree, they'll be stronger than they ever have been, and will do great things.

Cons

- The company is operating under a consent decree, so all of their energy is currently spent trying to put out proverbial fires that they could have prevented had they been paying attention to Federal regulations and requirements long ago. -Confusion and uncertainty reign. Whether it's instituting quality systems, meeting commitments that were made to the FDA on an aggressive timeline, or training associates to policies and documenting that training, nothing is straightforward. - There is pervasive fear and cynicism about the future. People are let go with no notice every week, often with no real explanation given to those who remain, leaving people to wonder who's next. - There is a very high percentage of contract workers there, which means a lot of the people in important positions are looking to be hired permanently elsewhere. Very high turnover rate, due to frequent firings and people leaving for other opportunities. - It's an extremely high-pressured working environment. People work long, hard hours due to fear, not optimism.
