Pros

$14 starting pay is decent for entry level and there is a lot of room to move up. Good benefits.

Cons

Awful sick time- Only 5 days for the year and even if you have sick time and have to call out for being sick you still get an “occurrence” and with three of those you get taken to HR. And yes, even if you’re in the hospital or something, you still get one. So don’t work here if you have a bad immune system or frequent health issues. Vacation time is eh- One of the weeks or vacation they give you HAS to be used for the 4th of July shut down, which is annoying. People are always stressed out, which sometimes confuses me but everyone being so stressed and annoyed makes coming to work unpleasant. Also, people seem to get involved in drama constantly. You cannot have your cell phone, or even a smart watch. Even if your production is way over the quotas.
