      Pros

      Good pay, laid back, easy going, friendly environment, good benefits. After going through my first performance review I would say the job is not too demanding and the bosses are usually flexible to your requests.

      Cons

      Sometimes too laid back. At times I would be pushing people around me to get stuff done and I am fresh out of college with very much less expertise than my team.

      Pros

      Great pay, long hours, a real atmosphere that fostered advancement as long as the desire was there.I was promoted to three different positions and given raises in the few short months I was there.

      Cons

      The company location where I was employed laid off the workers, reassigned the ones with decade+ years working there. The falling price of oil forced them to shut the company down and close the doors.
