      Pros

      Good pay, laid back, easy going, friendly environment, good benefits. After going through my first performance review I would say the job is not too demanding and the bosses are usually flexible to your requests.

      Cons

      Sometimes too laid back. At times I would be pushing people around me to get stuff done and I am fresh out of college with very much less expertise than my team.

      Pros

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.

      Work life balance was okay. 12 on 2 off schedule but you have a lot of early days
