Tenaris is global company, where you can have a career with excellent team work. You receive good salary and another non financial benefits.

Cons

I have not found cons in Tenaris yet, although the bureaucracy affect your daily work and delay some tasks.

It's a good company to start, to learn about all things of the market and your own capacities as professional.

Cons

A finger- one management, with his own policies and vision (by convenience) . Believe in his own people (from other regions or divisions) and is not a constant one (1--3 years max), you can have an objective accomplished but your new manager can have other.

Chance for learning a lot, multinational environment!

Cons

No real carrier possibilities, and on top of that company personal is using unethical methods in dealing with employees, despite on their own company policy! Really low payment for the workload is given to employees. I do not reccomend working for this company! The evaluation system is not transparent and totally subjective no matter of your performances, is the image that counts the most and your relations with management.
