Chance for learning a lot, multinational environment!
Cons
No real carrier possibilities, and on top of that company personal is using unethical methods in dealing with employees, despite on their own company policy! Really low payment for the workload is given to employees. I do not reccomend working for this company! The evaluation system is not transparent and totally subjective no matter of your performances, is the image that counts the most and your relations with management.
