      Good opportunity to start career. Diverse culture. Challenging, fast paced environment with a lot of opportunities for international experiences early on.

      Cons

      The top management still thinks that a work life balance is a meaning of lack of responsibilities. Upper management is comprised of almost exclusively non-Americans.

      Cons

      If you are not from Argentina or of Hispanic origin, be ready to be treated as a second class citizen. Management org chart is organized completely along lines of national origin. Argentina at top, then Spanish speakers, then everyone else. HR tolerates bullying management. Lawsuit waiting to happen.
