      Pros

      Very professional, best company on its industry (steel OCTG pipe). Always looking for more, never boring. Helps you keep always looking for the extra step.

      Cons

      Too political, growth options are tricky if you dont get a mentor. Tend to be a boring industry. Management does not show appreciation for employees.

      Great pay and benefits, monthly bonus and yearly reviews up to a 15% pay increase per year. Company paid training and certification

      Cons

      When the oil industry tanks they drop you like a sack of dirty diapers. Not a lot of room for personal company growth unless you are in tight with upper management
