Pros

Training classes always available. Management very transparent. In S/C salaries are not fixed for supervisors. Benefits plus 401k are amazing.

Cons

Salary employees do not receive time and a half. Expected to work long hours plus weekends. Depts work in "silos".

Pros

The pay is pretty good, when the company is doing well and you bring value to the company and your team it's reflected through a company performance bonus as well as a individual performance bonus. Very diverse group of people on most teams.

Cons

It's oil and gas, so when that's not doing so well don't expect too much of a bonus, if it's really not doing well then make sure you're resume is up to date. Communication from upper management isn't very good, although it has slightly improved. While teams are diverse it seems that upper management all come from Argentina.
