Pros
The pay is pretty good, when the company is doing well and you bring value to the company and your team it's reflected through a company performance bonus as well as a individual performance bonus. Very diverse group of people on most teams.
Cons
It's oil and gas, so when that's not doing so well don't expect too much of a bonus, if it's really not doing well then make sure you're resume is up to date. Communication from upper management isn't very good, although it has slightly improved. While teams are diverse it seems that upper management all come from Argentina.
