Cons

Long work hours and alot of follow up meetings in order to keep the large number of people up to date. Also slot of bureacratic road blocks to getting something complete.

Pay, a lot of nice people work here, the whole GT program is great, for two years you really learn the job in a unique and irreplaceable way.

Cons

They're closing a lot of USA offices and production. Don't expect to get very far if you don't speak Spanish or Italian. Also, low social life, the hours can be insane.
