Pros
Vacation time and sick days were a plus. Nice bunch of fellow workers.
Cons
Very poor management in field service side and technical sales in Canada. They don't follow company policy. When you ask about if you'll get in trouble for not following the rules set out by head office you get told to shut up and do it. Putting yourself and others at risk. Do not trust HR with your problems.
