      Pros

      Everything is standardized so that helps to create consistency on your work and others work but some times that also removes flexibility.

      Cons

      Lots of hours, lots of meetings, company does not pay overtime, career growth is very slow, I felt the respect for the people was not adequate and stress / urgency is a daily factor.

      People, Food, Training, World Class Technology.

      Cons

      Being a large company with a lot of subsidiaries, there are just a few permanent IT job oportunities. Too many administrative and blue collar job positions and the IT deparment is run by a handful of people and the rest is outsourced.
