      Pros

      Global Company with partial headquarters in buenos aires, Argentina. Good experience for engineers. The industry is in decadency.

      Cons

      Bad work-life balance. It is not a flexible company. It is difficult to innovate, bureaucratic company.

      Pros

      It's a solid company. Your paycheck always arrives on time. Growth opportunities (if you fit the "profile")

      Cons

      Old-fashioned management style. Little place for innovation. Employees rarely receive any type of recognition for a job well done. Managers usually take the credit for team efforts. A Latin-based view of the company as a "father figure" with no place for discent. Diversity of ideas is practically non-existent.

      Good experience overall integrated in a great team, multi cultural environment, learnt a lot and the hard way most of the time, plus it is a really good line on the CV

      Cons

      Operational work was really boring, being a number in a big corporation is not fun at all, a lot of overtime difficult to evolve in the company
