      Pros

      The culture of Tenaris is based in professionalism, it´s supportive and encourages lifelong learning. What I enjoy the most is the possibility of participating in challenging projects, involving different areas and countries.

      Cons

      As every big company sometimes processes get a bit bureaucratic. However, this is an area that has greatly improved overtime and the ability of simplifying processes and making things happen is well appreciated.

      Pros

      The few pros that can be found at the beginning of a career are obliterated by cons.

      Cons

      Tenaris persecutes its own employees. Tenaris does not pay compensations according to law. Overtime is not remunarated. Poor top management. Tenaris has no strategy beyond a double standard business model based upon a massive web of offshore shell companies, including Tenaris SA in Panama Papers and Tenaris USA in Colorado under status of "delinquent".
