      Steady pay and decent benefits

      Cons

      - Extremely long hours. When you're off, you're expected to remain on-call and be available 24/7. - They won't admit this during the interview process, but if you want to advance it is imperative that you speak Spanish. All of the middle and upper-management are expats from Latin American countries. Majority of technical discussions are held in Spanish. - Management does not care about the employees. They are just numbers to fill shifts. - Very poor leadership and low morale at Bay City facility. Things continue to get worse.

      Pros

      learned a lot. huge potential for growth. global company. if you're doing well the company will do its best to keep you. benefit is OK.

      Cons

      work a bit messy. a lot of tossing around the work. Too much detail and control, same data could be asked by different department with multiple details.

      Decent Healthcare and 401, pay is on the low side of competitive.

      Cons

      If you're not from a latin american country they will find ways to pull the rug on you. They refuse to buy the tools you need but still expect the job to get done, everyone steals everything, can't keep anything, parts get bought from another country and takes forever, they do their best to hire as many people from Mexico as they can, they don't really want to employ locals. They don't listen to advice and are not open to change, it's their way or the highway. It's a horrible place to work. Very toxic environment. All these good reviews are them stuffing the box i will guarantee you that. Toxic Toxic Toxic
