If you're not from a latin american country they will find ways to pull the rug on you. They refuse to buy the tools you need but still expect the job to get done, everyone steals everything, can't keep anything, parts get bought from another country and takes forever, they do their best to hire as many people from Mexico as they can, they don't really want to employ locals. They don't listen to advice and are not open to change, it's their way or the highway. It's a horrible place to work. Very toxic environment.
