Pros
Some wonderful humans Unlimited PTO
Cons
Leadership at SVP level and up is not held accountable. They don’t understand the business or even know that parts of the product exist. It’s like an ugly sorority drama. Cute young women hired to run meetings and be perky for execs plotting a coup backstage. CIO is a braggart and a misogynist with no tact or common sense; lies to the team whilst showing his European travel photos. Requires employee attendance at events to build up his ego with no understanding of roles or responsibilities. Managers are not supported by HR . A straightforward poor performance situation turned into a saga that degraded my mental health for months. Toxic environment for loyal employees invested in the mission. Unprofessional, tactless HR team CEO takes no accountability Great clinical staff leaving the company and being let go for no reason; perhaps their expertise is threatening? So much time and talent is wasted in ridiculous meetings. No meaningful progress for months at a time, and even good cross-collaboration gets us nowhere. Micromanaging leadership pulls all initiatives off track because of politics and personal whims. PI planning is horribly unhelpful
