Management will go to any length to manipulate financial reporting to make things appear better here than they really are. This “creativity” includes accounting for revenue, calculation of direct expense/ gross margin and customer growth and churn rates among other things. My colleagues in sales are struggling to renew agreements even on lower fee terms. Technology supporting our service is a hodgepodge of outdated components “borrowed” from competitors. Customer data is not secure, standards are loose and controls are nearly nonexistent. It is appalling to me that these things continue to go on here.
