      Pros

      Management may be busy, but they genuinely care about Teladoc employees. Driving ROI to clients and delivering quality care to members is a top priority.

      Cons

      With this amount of growth, there are always bumps in the road. Teladoc is clearly the leader in the telemedicine space and miles ahead of competitors.

      Rapidly growing industry that is changing the healthcare landscape and improving efficiency for all participants.

      Cons

      Teladoc's systems are mashed together on an outdated, unstable platform that is supported by ad hoc patches. Management is only focused on sales and has negligently underinvested in operations and technology. It's like being on an unmaintained truck barreling down the highway at 100 mph with the driver picking up every passenger he can convince to jump aboard. It is unclear if management has the capacity, ability or incentives to avoid inevitable disaster. Customers are finding this out and switching to more stable competitors.
