Pros

TFA colleagues are smart, fun, and dedicated. The job is highly challenging and rewarding. People respect the TFA brand. Teaching gives you excellent skills. It makes you more thoughtful and a better communicator.

Cons

Low pay, long hours, volatile school environment, little day-to-day appreciation at work. Not a long-term career. Quality of experience depends on your school placement more than TFA's efforts.
