      Great learning experiences with peers and students.

      Cons

      No loyalty, lack of 'alumni' benefits, poor communication, little-to-no training and preparation. You can be a teacher for two years in many many ways that won't drain your energy as much as TFA does. After your two years of teaching and sacrifice don't expect any help with transitioning out of the classroom. They won't even hire former corps members as recruiters or entry-level workers......AGAIN avoid at all costs
