Sorry..nothing is like Pros.. only beneficial if you join in senior position in management only..

Cons

Only politics. No one is caring about your talent , Your hike totally based on how you are close to the manager, you can expect all toughest tasks If you are not close to them and they will provide you bad ratings by providing the reason of low count..They treat employees equivalent to factory workers..

Great working environment - the working hours were not too long for me though same can't be said for others, additional perks - TEHP is a very good example, good mentoring - my head used to give me very good advice, still in touch with him after leaving the company, good HR policies - housing policy, study leave are good examples, good salary compared to industry standard

Cons

Lack of role clarity, too many structural changes in organization especially at KPO, lack of training especially for people sent to Kalinganagar Project and general chaotic situation. Also lack of recreational facilities in Jajpur was big let down when one has lived in Jamshedpur for an year.
