if you are from the IT background please don't join this , as the Info tech deptt is the most corrupt deptt here . there is no work culture, no respect nothing , few people are leading the department . you will hardly able to acquire average skills that require to join any good IT organization . so simply don't waste your time here . if some way you landed up here keep yourself motivated by simply ignore the internal politics and put your hard earned money to acquire skills that will ultimately help you in near future to get a job . here people make you to stick to heterogeneous tasks so that you can't concentrate . knowledge transfer is zero from the seniors persons as they have the mind set if they transfer any sort of skills that they have acquired over the years here will simply put their job position at risk as the managers have the poor educational background .
