      excellent work culture, very supportive people - almost like a family benefits other than salary are unmatched in the industry

      Cons

      salaries can be a bit lower, but still best in industry organization is fairly flat - don't expect a promotion every two years

      Work environement ok in very few teams like projects

      Cons

      lots of people unwilling to work or be progressive. Also all the 'ethical' is a load of hogwash and nothing seems to be followed in action though there are strong policies.
