Pros
You can learn anything you want here. Nobody is hardly bothered. You can learn, unlearn and relearn time and again. This learning will keep you in great stead when you venture outside. You can join as a fresher and walk away with a bag full of knowledge, but only if you have the willingness to learn. I certainly made full utilisation of my time here.
Cons
Office politics is eating away all the goodwill of the company. Expectations of any promotions, career growth here will be injurious for your health. Only those who have no ambition whatsoever will surely enjoy their stay here for as long as they want. No one will fire you unless you have made a blunder of gigantic proportions. Rubbish HR practices will be ruiling the roost forever.
