However, there is a resistance to change. Hence new ideas are a little difficult to implement specially in the mining out locations. People are divided into factions and groups and hence a meritocratic system takes a toss quite a few times. The senior management is bureaucratic and often times prefers yes-men. To sum up the Mid senior management, work culture and team dynamics are turnoffs.
