Limited career growth. Very low risk appetite by senior management of shared services division. Conservative thoughts No quick space for innovative thought Zero communication between chief and sr managers/mgr. 50% people are sleeping and making presentations to make fool to their chief and company top management and 50% are overloaded and doing core jobs. Typical work culture. Company give job rotation at chief level frequently without functional knowledge to ensure that their team will waste enough time in making their boss educated and time will pass without any real ground improvement.
