I enjoyed working at this company but the facts are that the business strategy is woefully off-base for the future of this industry - which partially explains the redundancies.

Cons

pay average and benefits/holiday are american levels of rubbish.

The company is run very poorly, with layoffs happening often. I was part of layoffs at the company, and they don't offer a real severance pay agreement.
