Pros

You'll work with mostly smart competent people.

Cons

Low pay, racist management (don't let the outward content fool you) and in many instances you'll be set up to fail.

Pros

The people are amazing, everyone cares and supports one another, real family feel. Pays well. Lots of opportunities to try things outide of your role and learn on the fly.

Cons

Constantly understaffed and employees left downing Learn by fire mentality.. zero opportunities for training and additional support. Company does not invest in it's employees. Poor communication from higher management to employees, senior management feels completely disconnected. Poor work life balance due to excessive additional hours of work. Multiple rounds of redundancies over the past 2 years which were handled awfully.
