Pros

Fast growing company and opportunity to take ownership on areas of your passion and interest. Great leadership team with vision and ability to navigate the ever changing world of media. You work with really smart people and get challenged daily with solving complex problems and building amazing content.

Cons

It's not for the feint of heart and folks that are looking for a one dimensional job. The company has good vision but as with any fast growing headcount company, occasionally doesn't necessarily articulate it down the chain of command.

Company name looks great on your resume. Learn some behind the scenes tricks

Cons

Incredibly unorganized and horrible communication. It feels like the company is run by a bunch of children. There are too many people "in charge" and no one seems to have a straight answer for anything. They do not deliver on the things they promised and work you to the bone without the proper acknowledgement. Parking is awful.

Cons

Production has slowed down lately, leading to some freelancers getting cut. Unsure if they're doing well financially, so long term outlook is unsure.
