We do our best to encourage a culture of open communication and our weekly all-hands meetings have worked out great for us in terms of communication from leadership and bringing the company together on a frequent basis, but we can always work to listen and improve.

-the people! everyone is so great and it's a non-combative nor competitive environment -flexibility with schedule

Cons

-overworked and underpaid -sales walks over the brand strategy team without recognition or appreciation -strategy team doesn't make a commission off of the custom ideas we come up with -no path for growth or upward mobility
