Going downhill fast

Pros

When I started it was a great place to work. I was able to advance my career, work on great projects and felt respected. This is no longer the case.

Cons

After a few key people departed, the main office started interfering with post production more and more. It also seems that company wide, the most incompetent people have risen to the top. I was laid off during the pandemic. I do not fault them for this. What I do fault them for is how it was handled. I got an email that said “your position has been terminated” and my company email account was deactivated 15 minutes later. No phone call, no warning, no thank you for your 3+ years of service. Nothing. It was heartless and cruel.
