-Hard for someone to cover your shift (They do not have more than 2 FOSA per shift most of the time, rarely worked with another) -Target messes with your schedule even when your availability says something different -Always being pulled from position to; Hop on line to help with long lines, Guest Service, Running Drive Up orders, all while trying to prioritize your own duties. -Even though our job is one of the most energy consuming and back breaking, we are paid the same and have the same amount of breaks
