Pros

Benefits seem good from the application

Cons

The problem is I don’t get why they have a “ but willing to learn “ option if in the end all they’re gonna do is deny you and say they choose not to follow through with the application process literally everyone can be a good worker but big corporations like target don’t want to train anybody they want you to come already experienced which to me makes no sense on why they have a “ but willing to learn “ option.

Pay was decent, nice discounts

Management doesn’t listen to the times you say you aren’t available to work and schedule you anyway, very unorganized, rude gossipy coworkers
