Pros

They do have a good work life balance and are very reasonable with time off, but that's about it. There is not another pro to working for this company I can think of.

Cons

The company is very perception based. Actual performance does mean much. Moving up in the company is based on if you are in the right upper management clique not how you perform. While benefits are good and pay is competitive annual raises and bonuses are almost completely done away with.

Pros

The pay is ok.Most of the time it is easy to get time off when needed.The teammates take great pride in their work.

Cons

The management team.Back in the day, there were managers that actually cared about the teammates.These days all they care about are production numbers. The company does not reward the teammates for great jobs well done.

The pay is not the worst. They pay above minimum wage at $8.00. The pay will increase but it will take a year or so. If you have a good store with good people, you'll like it.

Cons

Again, it all depends on the management. If they are people with poor communication skills and do not keep the morale up, you won't like the experience there.
