Pros

Very smart people who are action oriented Cross functional teams that aren't afraid to share the workload Clear communication on priorities and direction from senior management

Cons

Career Development is not a priority Large organization means rewards are based on perception not performance Outsiders (not from MN/WI/IA) have a hard time fitting in, especially if you are diverse

Pros

Friendliness of coworkers makes the job worthwhile. Good job for a student or in-between period. Movement on the sales floor is better than standing still all day.

Cons

Schedules vary too much. Asked to work on all my days off which leads to guilt for saying no. Hours vary from 18-35, never consistent.
