Good Pay Great Benefits Company as a whole is a good company to work for. Good experience and chance to move to different departments if you like challenge.

Cons

Crappy upper management. They hired just out of college recruits who dont know how to manage people and come in with chips on their shoulders because they are ETL.

There is a good chance that you will be considered for promotional opportunities if you do your job at a desirable level. It also is a great way to gain valuable experience in management.

Cons

The one downside to this job are the amount of hours that you will be working. This can be in the 60 plus range sometimes. Other than that there is decent pay and a safe work environment.
