Pros

Decent access to benefits package after 6 months of employment or 1000 hours worked. Flexible with scheduling.

Cons

Mid-level positions have all been cut. Raises are on an annual basis and percentage based, when working for minimum wage this doesn't add up to much at all. It seems as though all employees are dissatisfied with their jobs

Pros

Great reputation, You'll learn a lot, Great opportunity for networking. It's a great place to launch a career, but you'll get pushed out of the business if you're not a perfect fit for their culture.

Cons

Promotion structure is based on time you've been there, not merit. For every class of new people they hire (50), they'll only hire 2 internals. Definitely not willing to promote from within. Very discriminatory and not accepting of other cultures and people's diets.
