Pros

If you need an insight into one of world's largest retailers then this is it. You can experience American culture, values & working style. If you are talented & smart then you will shine like a star since 95% of people around you are reluctant & lost. Although it's not a company to settle in, you can use the opportunity to prepare yourself for really competitive ones.

Cons

Perception over performance. Slow, haggard & old-fashioned. Can test your patience. Overpowered managers are mostly incompetent (and hence insecure) Support functionaries like HR do not take their jobs seriously. Lot of "fun" activities which are hardly effective.
