Pros

Competitive salary for recent college grads with no experience. Good benefits. College major doesn't matter, they hire off of leadership experience and potential.

Cons

Conform or be left behind. They are too worried about their culture and your performance will be ignored if you aren't a cookie cutter fit.

Pros

- Great pay and benefits - Good development program for leaders - Team-oriented atmosphere - Various leadership and volunteer opportunities

Cons

- High turnover rate - Target values style over substance - Senior leadership's lack of accountability and follow-through - Odd hours (weekends, holidays, nights, etc.) - Whatever is "flavor of the month" becomes a new commitment - Disgruntled warehouse workers who are upset they ended up in a warehouse and never went to college
