Pros

Good choice of healthcare benefits

Cons

Stay away unless you like working 10-12 hours a day, working from home afterhours and on weekends and having no life whatsoever. Stay away unless you love doing the work of four different departments and never receiving and recognition or help from management despite multiple requests for support. Stay away unless you love having to work all day during so called summer Friday's. Stay away unless you love sitting through endless meetings full of useless information and no results. Stay away unless you like having management that's so disengaged they can't be bothered to acknowledge your presence when passed in the hallways.

Pros

- The finance team is growing and generally a friendly team. - Top level management seem to be making the right business decisions which is reflected in growth of the Coach, Kate Spade and SW brands. - Staff discount - Sample sale - Potential opportunities to visit the New York office for training - Above average salary for a graduate position - Summer Fridays - Wellness weeks offering wellness activities e.g. meditation lessons

Cons

- 9am to 6pm on usual days, expect to work much later during the close period and not to get compensated on hours in less busier weeks. - No work/life balance in teams - managers generally work past 7pm most days. - High workload in the finance department since acquiring other brands - all senior analysts and managers are being spread too thin - Stressed environment during close periods - Long notice periods for every position even on a contract - If you plan on studying you may struggle to balance the amount of work you have with studying.

Pros

Summer holidays+ employee perks. Nothing much

Cons

Lot of high level politics, no respect for the employees in the crazy race of competition with other retailers . Management has changed in past few years becoming more and more blind towards respect for employees, sometimes toxic. Promotions and raises only if you are in inner circle of good rapport with management
