Offers a pretty good compensation package State of the art building and great cafeteria Overall, pretty intelligent and nice colleagues

Carreer advancement/promotions are pretty hard to come by Drug pipeline is constricting = less revenue = a ton of internal changes taking place

They do provide decent sales and product knowledge training. The benefits package is also comparable to other pharmaceutical companies. Ongoing professional development learning is available.

Cons

Despite training and development opportunities, career advancement is not available. Sales managers are largely clueless and incompetent. Starting salaries are lower than others in the industry.

Millennium has great benefits and decent salaries. In general it is a pleasant place to work.

Cons

Employees not at "Management" levels are not actively developed and in some cases are not included in trainings that could benefit them in their roles and empower them to make more substantive contributions.
