Good Benefits, respectful of the employees, great training, very appreciative of their employees, they try to limit the time away from home.

Cons

Expediting ideas is tough with such a big corporation; taken away some of the creativity of doing our job. Becoming more like a Big Pharma company

There was terrible management Horrible data, way to complient, laid off withour notice and ran by another country which made it difficult for communicating

Downsizing - great people let go. Workload is very heavy. Don't see it letting up any time soon.
