Pros

The company provides an excellent environment to implement your experience and skills, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while continuing to develop professionally. Leadership actively listens to employees, fostering a culture of collaboration where ideas are valued, teamwork thrives, and innovation is encouraged.

Cons

It is an startup so sometimes there is a lot going on, with a lot of priorities. It has to be a little more proactive.

Pros

Great bosses, flexibility to organize your work day and work wherever you want

Cons

Outdated software, slightly disorganized, private chefs are frequently dissatisfied because there is not enough demand (marketplace is still in the making)

Pros

Working at TAKE A CHEF has been a very positive experience. The work environment is excellent and fosters collaboration among colleagues. The company offers flexible hours, allowing for a good work-life balance. Additionally, we have several non-working days throughout the year. I have had the opportunity to grow and develop professionally within the company. In summary, TAKE A CHEF offers a friendly, flexible work environment with growth opportunities.

Cons

Although I don't find any major disadvantages in my work experience at TAKE A CHEF, I believe there is room for improvement in the salary.
