- Libertad y autonomía: tienes espacio para proponer, crear y llevar tus ideas a la acción. - Flexibilidad real: organización del tiempo y del trabajo que se adapta a ti, no al revés. - Retos constantes: cada día trae un desafío nuevo que te empuja a pensar distinto y crecer. - Aprendizaje acelerado: estar en una startup global significa aprender de todo: marketing, producto, operaciones, PR y más. - Un equipo que inspira: rodearte de gente apasionada, con visión y con ganas de dejar huella. - Impacto visible: lo que haces se nota y tiene efecto directo en la marca, en los chefs y en los clientes.

Cons

Ritmo intenso: las prioridades cambian rápido y no siempre hay tiempo para planear con calma. Desorden: a veces falta organización y claridad, lo que puede generar frustración. Estructura en construcción: muchos procesos no están definidos y hay que resolver sobre la marcha. Multitasking constante: rara vez trabajas en una sola cosa, lo que puede desgastar.

Pros

I’ve been working in video editing and motion graphics for less than a year, and so far my experience has been very positive. What I value the most is the atmosphere: it’s calm, with no constant supervision or micromanagement. Everyone is trusted to know what they need to deliver and how to organize their work. This gives us a lot of autonomy, and at the same time we have regular feedback meetings that are actually useful. The relationship with colleagues is excellent. There’s a lot of respect for each other’s work and time, and it’s the kind of environment where you can openly say you don’t know how to do something — someone will always be willing to help. Managers are also very organized and approachable, and it’s easy to reach out to them for a meeting whenever you need. Projects, especially the bigger ones, can be challenging, but in a positive way because they push us to try new animations and aim for better results. Personally, I’ve been able to grow a lot by working almost independently on motion projects and also through social media videos, where I get to experiment with different styles and trends. Overall, it’s a flexible and relaxed workplace, even in small everyday things, which makes the job more enjoyable and leaves space to be creative.

Cons

So far I haven’t found any real negatives.
